Condensation index and null-controllability of parabolic systems in one space dimension
Resumen
The condensation index of a sequence has been introduced by Vl. Bernstein (1933) to study the regularity of Dirichlet series. We try to make clear the connection between the condensation index of a sequence of eigenvalues of a parabolic system and its null controllability, via the method of moments of Fattorini-Russell.
